New Zealand 2014 Kiwi

New Zealend issued next a 2014 coin motive in series of Kiwi's and treasurs of New Zealand. This series has 3 coins, BU silver coin in coincard or blister, a proof silver coin both in pure 999 silver 1 oz and also a 1/4 oz. proof pure 9999 gold coin.

Mintage for silver coins was reduces and it is 10'000 for BU coins and 5'000 for proof silver coins.
Gold coin is limited to only 950 coins!

Kiwi are flightless birds endemic to New Zealand. At around the size of a domestic chicken, kiwi are by far the smallest living ratites and lay the largest egg in relation to their body size of any species of bird in the world.

The smallest koala from Perth Mint

In 2013 Perth Mint issued the smallest koala ever. This fine gold coin striked in 9999 is a legal tender of Australia with face value  $ 2 AUD. Weight of the coin is 0.5 gram and it is placed inside a nice coincard.

Australia issued a new motive in series of Australian koala. For the first time on motive is only a head of koala. Coin is minted in pure silver 999 and several sizes, from 1/10, 1/2, 1 oz and 1 kg.

China Panda 2014

Ruthenium is a chemical element with symbol Ru and atomic number 44. It is a rare transition metal belonging to the platinum group of the periodic table.

The black rhinoceros or hook-lipped rhinoceros (Diceros bicornis) is a species of rhinoceros, native to eastern and central Africa including Kenya, Tanzania, Cameroon, South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe, and Angola. Although the rhinoceros is referred to as black, its colors vary from brown to gray.
